Our Policies
Appointment Time
We kindly ask that clients arrive a few minutes before or at their scheduled appointment time. Due to our scheduling, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time your service provider may need to reschedule your appointment in order to not penalize the client after you. If you think you will be running behind please just call and let us know as soon as possible and we will be able to let you know if we can still accommodate you for your appointment. We know how important everyone's time is which is why we do our best to run on schedule and notify clients if unfortunately a staff member is running behind and we hope you will do the same.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment we ask that you call 804-288-1188 and inform the front desk with at least 48 hours notice. For chemical services including colors/highlights, perms, and Brazilian Blowouts, and for Spa Facial services a credit card is required at time of booking to hold your appointment. If the service is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, or the appointment is not shown up for, a 50% charge for the services scheduled will be charged to the card on file. After two instances of being charged for cancelling last minute or not showing up for an appointment the charge will increase to 100% of the service scheduled. For all other appointments a credit card will be required for future bookings after an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled without notice.
​Brazilian Blowouts
For Brazilian Blowout appointments a credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the appointment due to the length of the service. We ask that if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you do so with at least 48 hours notice. Any cancellations or appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice or any appointments that are not shown up for will result in a 50% charge for the service on the credit card given at time of booking.
For the comfort of our scheduled guests, and because our waiting space is limited, we kindly ask that our guests who have an appointment scheduled do not bring along guests that are not receiving services. We also request that you please leave children at home so we may ensure a relaxing environment for our guests.
Service Satisfaction
All of our salon and spa service are non-refundable however we always want our clients to be 100% satisfied with their services. If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you please notify us within 5 days of your original service date so that we can correct any issue you may be having free of charge. Issues reported after 5 days may not be immediately be eligible for complementary correction but will be considered on a case to case basis.
We gladly accept unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. After 30 days unopened products may be returned for store credit. Open products are not eligible for returns.
